This thing is just absolutely garbage from day one it freezes you have to reset it or restart it literally at least four or five times every time you're using it and it's only set up for kids things so it has YouTube kids but anytime she uses it it freezing and she's upset because it doesn't work right and probably the most disappointing thing I have ever bought off Amazon

I do like this tablet a lot for my girls, it was kind of confusing and really difficult when I had to do the setup. As it required a kids Gmail account or it would be just like a regular tablet. Plus it does lag a decent amount. But it does have a lot of storage, and is pretty kid friendly once set upSo I do like it a lot, and my girls do too.

I purchased 2 for my 2 children and 1 of them was malfunctioning straight out of the box. They're slow. They lag. They are not functional for children. Your kids will bring it to you 10000 times a day to help them do things on it. I wish I never bought them. I should've tried to return it right when it showed signs of lagging, but I tried to give it a chance and work around it. So I'm just here to help people like me that read honest reviews before purchasing, because it seemed like the reviews I read were completely opposite of the actual functionality of the product and now I'm not sure if I can return it since I've had it for 4 months. I also purchased the 2 year protection plan so hopefully I'll hear back from someone to at least fix or replace our 2 nonfunctional tablets. Oh yeah and another thing! As if I didn't say enough already.... now they don't even turn on anymore and they have had 0 damage done to them. Muy bonita, pero al usarla, es pésima, a 1 día de uso la tablet se trabo, la apagamos, y al momento de prenderla solo cargaba el inicio y se apagaba, cabe recalcar que la tablet tenía 78% de bateria, cuando prendio fue después de 2 horas (tiempo que dejamos de intentar encenderla) y cuando prendio todo lo tuve que volver a configurar como si fuera nueva, la verdad el precio no lo vale, está muy bonita, la verdad se ve super bonita pero es pésima para usarse. Por eso mejor la devuelvo. Tenía muchas espectativas en ella
