Hi, Typically, you can begin to utilize the solution within 48 hours following your procedure. However, each individual is unique, and we recommend consulting with your surgeon with regards to your individual recovery and process. Thank you for a great question!

Q: can this go in the freezer for cold rolling?

Its kind of big, and the blue roller part is like a hard foam or plastic, so not sure how long it would maintain the cold.

Sometimes, the shipping service (UPS/USPS/FedEx) will update their tracking history should any delays happen.
