Just What I Needed
I was looking for equipment so I could continue PT exercises at home. Specifically wanted dumbells and swim board and found way to mimic the PT exercises. Dumbells give great resistance in water. Will use belt in future, not sure about molded-contoured board, it's for freestyle swimming. Happy with quality for the price.

Nice workout set for spa or pool
You can use this anywhere. The dumbells are great for working your arms in water and the paddle board is great for working your legs. Good quality and have not fallen apart after a year of use.

The weights come in handy, but the kick board is for children.

The hand weights are what we use the most.
Got these for a family member who had a stroke. The water resistant with the hand weights are excellent for water aerobics. Don't really use the rest of the items that came with it.
