Using this item for a few years - really helps the joints!

I’ve been using this product for at least 5 years. Always thought it was good.Recently they changed the packaging from a sturdy bag to a plastic canister - why I’d like to know (I’m not in favor of more plastic). Also the texture seems much lighter & the powder flys up when you add liquid to it. I don’t notice it dissolves better or not.

You will see a change in your skin in (5-7days). the collagen in this product is the supplement you have been missing. (dry flakey skin? that will not absorb lotion; well, this product will resolve this issue for the problem is internal not external) if you are experiencing this issue. You may notice that your EYELASHES are growing! Probably the fastest absorbing protein on the market. I have never seen a protein powder that totally dissolves completely in ANY liquid! SUGGESTION: Take with vitamin C in conjunction with this supplement. It seems as though vitamin C is the precursor for quicker absorption and faster results

The pros: mixed very easily with minimal taste. I just mix it with water and it mixed easily. I haven't tried it with food.Cons: nothing special about it and I think it is a little expensive for what it is
