I have been using this computer for a week now, and have been very impressed with its capabilities, especially in gaming, its compact design, and the most excellent customer service that turned a potentially negative experience into an overwhelmingly positive one.Design: I like the compact design; living in a two-bedroom apartment with six people puts space at a premium, and it is just the right size for our needs. Having mostly owned and having had to repair laptops for work, school, and gaming over the last fifteen years, I absolutely love being able to just pop off the side to get at the inner workings instead. It should be very easy to repair or upgrade (if needed). I also find the unusual wedge-shape aesthetically pleasing. Some reviewers had trouble downloading and using the app to change the lighting effects, but I had no difficulty downloading or using the app.Performance: I don't usually play the latest and most popular games, but this mini PC handled some of my newer titles (e.g., Midnight Ghost Hunt and Deep Blue) particularly well, much better than the i5 core laptop I originally tried them on. It has done a fantastic job on running the less demanding work programs that I need as well. I enjoy being able to change the performance (and, as a result, the noise of the fan) depending on whether I am doing more mundane tasks or gaming.Customer Service: When I originally got this computer, the large performance knob/power button had broken loose and it would not turn on. I contacted Ace Magician customer service through their website via email, and they were very responsive and practically bent over backwards helping me get a replacement sent from their warehouse, covering the cost of shipping and walking me through the process. They were unfailingly and overwhelmingly polite and solicitous, almost entertainingly so. I was very impressed. In the end, I feel I actually came out ahead rather than lost anything in this transaction.Conclusion: I would definitely recommend this computer to others, and already have done so. It's a newer company, but I like what they have done so far, and wish them well in their future innovations.

Been using this for 3 years now, have not had a single issue, runs overwatch, warframe, world of warcraft, GTA and editing software without issue!

Purchased for golf simulator works great

The media could not be loaded. UPDATED 2024: It's been a year since we purchased 2 of this mini pcs. After our issue with the second one that was resolved we realized the replacement had been faulty and i was again taken care of by the customer service. They have gone above and beyond with their professionalism and courtesy and always respond quickly.Our second unit has had no issues since we purchased and we absolutely love everything about it.The computers are really compact which is exactly what we were looking for but they behave just like a powerful tower. My son continues to edit his long Minecraft game plays, and to play with a bunch of Mods, and he says he doesn't have any lags, and his FPS are greatso glad we found this pc. I first bought a different gaming pc for my son that ended up being a total bust because it stopped working after a couple months and the inner system of that gaming pc turned out to be really old and outdated.So when we saw this one we were unsure if something so small would be in fact good, but gave it a try and it was so nice that we ended up getting another one for my daughter as well.My son loves minecraft and that is all he does, but he also does youtube videos, so he has an editing software, and records long playtimes, and the computer holds up great.After about 6 months something happened where one of the mini pcs just wouldn't turn on, so i was so scared thinking that it would happen like the first gaming pc we bought. But the customer service was outstanding and they helped me a lot to try to figure out the issue, (I spoke with Melvin on the customer service line and the experience was professional and attentive)we ended up realizing that it had to be sent back, so I did, and they replaced it for me and now we have our pc back and running.

DOA did not work right out of the box

Worked good for about three months and then suddenly stopped turning on. Contacted customer support and they sent a replacement. So far no issues with the replacement. Customer support was quick to respond and act.

I have been using this mini PC for general browsing, discord, and steam. It has exceeded my expectations with performance, and even though I haven't had any issues the sellers messaged me to ensure I knew I could go to them if any problems arise. I'm almost certain with some settings-tweaking you can run whatever you are looking to run on it at a stable, playable framerate. It came in time, and the unboxing/setup processes were very pleasant.An excellent little PC with some great customer service attatched, I really recommend it!

It runs windows 11 and all the games I love to play at steady frames. (I play overwatch, sea of theives, valorant, and dead by daylight) They all run very well even at medium graphics for the fps heavy games like overwatch. With that being said I did have some issues with one of the pcs sent to me where it black screened then never turned back on again, but as soon as I emailed customer service they were quick to help! I sent my pc back (paid 22 in shipping but it was so worth it!) I got a new one within 7 days of them receiving it. Very happy with my purchase would definitely recommend.
