- Mahamanjisthadi kadha or mahamanjisthadi kashayam from Sitaram Ayurveda ‘Manjishta’ or Indian Madder is lauded for its blood purifying properties, and facilitating the smooth function of the lymphatic system. Mahamanjisthadi kadha has significant anti-degenerative and anti-inflammatory activity in the gut, skin, bones, and joints. Encourages cellular metabolism and expulsion of endotoxins. Mahamanjisthadi kwath or kashayam is an excellent remedy for signs and symptoms associated with deranges ‘rakta’ and ‘pitta, which manifest as chronic skin diseases. Mahamanjisthadi kadha is a blood purifier and also improves skin health and immunity. Adult: 15-20 ml mixed with 45-60 ml of boiled and cooled water, twice daily on empty stomach. Child: 10-15 ml mixed with 30-45 ml of boiled and cooled water, twice daily on empty stomach.
