We purchased 6 of these wooden display stands for a variety of personalized glass blocks which stay active all the time (24 hrs). In review of these devices... We have run each for well over one year with minimal downtime (turned off). They continue to work with great success. You need to watch the weight of your items. anything over 10 lbs is a stretch. Other than that, they work well. We set them up on smart plugs, but leave them on all day/night. For a inexpensive item, they are quite durable and dependable. In the last year, only 1 started to hesitate and make "snapping" noise, which I suspect it due to it rotating one of the larger personalized glass block items. Beyond that, I highly recommend this item!!!

The media could not be loaded.  I did buy this with the intention to use batteries and that was a mistake as they only last about 12 hours. Making matters worse for battery users is the battery compartment is such that one battery is excessively difficult to get it in and out and I have to use a knife to pry the last battery out. So just don't unless you need it portable for a short time. Fortunately I have two mini power packs that I'm trying now instead but I will probably have them plugged into a wall outlet eventually so as to not have to recharge. As for how it functions power issues aside I love it and it works well with the smoky quartz I have on top. Would buy again because it's quiet and rotates smoothly.

I bought these 2 bases because the description specifically says the cords are “1.5 m / 59 in” long. I was disappointed when they arrived and only 39” cords were provided. I would not have made this purchase had length been properly reported.

They look nice...bright with good color but both of mine had warped or uneven tops. One wasn't too bad but the one I showed in the picture will briefly pause every rotation...produce a noticeable pop as the plastic gear makes contact and starts to spin again.

Lights are good and the spinning is nice, but after the first day of having it spin they started making a humming clacking noise and visibly chugged.Also, the indentation is deep. Anything you put on it needs to be 1.8” diameter plus.
