LIFESAVING DIAPERS
I adopted a paraplegic kitten last year. The first 4 months were REALLY hard. It was a lot of cleaning up after a cat that can’t control bowel movements and many days I didn’t think I was cut out for the job. After months of using diapers I found in pet stores (all of them are terribly made and leaked or fell off every time) I stumbled upon these and thought I’d give them a try. They SAVED my sanity. We’re all happy and clean and comfortable now. Scoots diapers stay on even when he’s sliding around the floors and furniture. And he looks so cute even when he’s interrupting reading time for some cuddles. I’ll never use another diaper, so please don’t stop selling them because I’ll need at least a pack a month for the next ~15 years

Work great
In comparison to others we have purchased, these actually work. The tail hole is smaller, so I can see how for long hair cats that could be an issue, but it was helpful in preventing any leakage. Seemed to fix comfortably and stay on well.

Doesn't fit well, not easy to use
Ordered this brand to try after using the slightly more expensive Hartz diapers. My cat measures about 10-11" on the waist and ~7 lbs. With the Hartz diapers, I had ordered size small, which their chart shows fits 10-13.5" waist, 7-11 lbs. Assuming they would be relatively close in fit, I ordered the small for the PetSoft diapers, which are supposed to fit 9-16" and 6-13 lbs. I definitely should have opted for the XS (8-12" waist, 4-8 lbs), as she was swimming in the Small size.We found these diapers very difficult to get on the cat. First, the foam tail hole is SMALL, like it would barely fit a shaved cat's tail -- even ripping the foam a little bit so as to not cause discomfort with her fur as we tried to get it over her tail, it was difficult to get it on her tail. Additionally, the dimensions of the diaper were a bit off, maybe better for a dog than a cat? Really had problems trying to get the bottom part of the diaper to wrap easily around her belly and pull the straps up comfortably around the front of her legs so they could be connected to the back of the diaper, and the stomach area was pretty baggy. Also, the straps did not secure as firmly to the diaper as the Hartz diaper. So a poor fit all around, not easy to get on the cat, and then when she was wandering around the house, the diaper came off - when we found the diaper, one of the straps was loose, and she had already worn the diaper all night, so we're not sure if she managed to pull a strap loose on her own, or if it had easily snagged against something first.Plus points of the diaper: material is very soft. And it was extremely absorbant, so there was no leakage. But the poor sizing of the diaper and the difficulty with getting it to fit properly do not compensate for its absorbant qualities.Going back to Hartz diapers.

Cute design, fits well but could use improvements
Worked nicely on my 18 year old cat with occasional bladder issues when she deep sleeps. My cat handles it well and is used to wearing diapers at this point, can use the litter box normally but she just needs some protection when she sleeps throughout the day. I do have to stretch out the tail hole since it’s quite small. I feel like these diapers would benefit with a wetness indicator so you know when to change.

Not Great, But Could Work For Some Cats
I have a senior cat, he is in kidney failure. He's 20 years old so he's really an old man. Although he barely eats, but drinks A LOT, of course that makes him want to pee all the time. Other than that, his health seems to be good and the vet does not think he's "ready" for his final destination. But he still pees a lot. Most people know that when a cat feels pain with going to the bathroom, they avoid the cat box, and he is now at that stage..... so I've got him restricted to certain rooms in the house. Just FYI, the pee does not smell like cat pee normally smells. He has gone on the carpet in one of the bedrooms, so I pulled the carpet up. Was planning on putting tile floors in eventually anyway. He peed on the leather sofa. That's OK, cleaned as well as I could but the sofa will be going anyway after he goes to kitty heaven. The only other places he has to go is the floor. The majority of the floors in my house are ceramic tile, so not much of a cleaning issue. I've been putting pee pads down and he seems to be using those well. ~~~So what about these cat diapers? I bought them a few weeks back and tried. I was able to get them on but you can only imagine that he didn't like them. He walked around in them fine. He could jump on the chair fine. And that's when he decided he wasn't going to have them anymore. He wiggled a bit and contorted himself and was out of the diaper in about 20 seconds. He did NOT like me putting his tail through the hole. I had to make the hole a bit larger - which was very simple to do. He does not have a fluffy tail, but the hole seemed to be a bit tight.I'm guessing that if a younger cat were to start on these, they wouldn't fight them much. I think a younger cat could adjust to these easy enough. Great for male cats as for when they begin to "spray" their territory inside a house. These are definitely not for outdoor cats IMO. ~ Not sure how these would work for female cats but I don't think there would be many issues. The best advice is to start you cat on these when they are young.

Great absorbency and little to no leakage.
Puuurfect fit for my small 6 pound, 20 year old boy. He had some leakage from "another" brand we used and since we switched to these, he has little to no leakage. Great absorbency and they stay on nice and snug.
