Q: Can someone who has this setup to run routines with Alexa please explain how they set it up? I bought this, got it on wifi, and have no app options.

Thank you for your question. The temperature sensor is compatible with Tuya Smart and Smart Life apps. Through the above two apps, routines can be set, and alarm range values can be set to obtain alarm notifications.

Q: How long the battery last and need to be replaced?

Mine has been 6 month and it says medium battery level.

Q: how many sensors can be hooked up to the app?

Not sure of the max but I did 7

Q: Do you need google or Alexa to remotely get temp

You can get the temperature remotely from the app on your cell phone. Assuming you have the app configured correctly. Unfortunately you have to pay for temperature alerts if you want them.
