Great for using on your back, knee, shoulder, etc. Pliable so they rest around your knee or shoulder. Comes with a sleeve. Just pop in your freezer and use as needed.

I liked this - it is big, and moldable.
The only downside was that it does not stay cold all that long. It is OK - but not great.I use it for back pain - it is thin enough to slide down the back of my pants, pressing against my lower back either with my belt or my back wrap.

These packs are light weight and hold the cold for quite a while.
I have ordered several of these ice packs and they freeze quickly ,are soft and malleable . They have afforded me great comfort .

Great for wrapping around the entire knee to reduce swelling.

Works great
This worked better than the one I received from therapy after knee replacement. It wasn't hard and I could mold it around my knee
