Disappointing return policy
By mistake - I ordered the wrong model... but Brother refuses to replace (NB I wasn't looking for a refund) after 30 days even if they are unopened. So they'll proabably end up in landfill which is so bad for the environment and completely unnecessary.I am disappointed with this return policy given the price of these (and premium brand). I will be using non official brands from now on (in protest!)
