Very nice looking watch. Love the solar power and water proof features. I previously had a similar looking Citizen but it was smaller. A few years ago I managed to scratch the sapphire crystal badly by falling on a tennis court. I had some problems with the wrist band and finally decided it was time to replace it.

My last Citizen was a great watch for twelve years. It never missed a beat and never needed to be reset since I purchased it. And I originally purchased it because it never needs the battery replaced. I think it's a very good looking watch also. Loved it right up to time it fell off my desk into the trash and went out with the garage. My last one had the blue face but I purchased the white which is somethins difficult to read. Still very satisfied with replacing it with a Citizen.

Excellent quality

I bought this watch slightly over a year ago. It still looks great and is exactly on time. I did have to pay to adjust the band size to my wrist, but that's pretty cheap. I wish the day window was larger, but that's age talking as my need for reading glasses increases with my age.

The watch is absolutely beautiful.However, Citizen is supposed to extend my warranty for one year. I tried to register. The app wants my serial number. Where is the serial number on my watch? The app also wants my receipt from Amazon. There was no receipt in the package. Citizen and Amazon cheated me out of my extended warranty. I tried to delete my watch from the app, and it won't let me do it.Also, there is an instruction booklet in the box. Instead of having printed instructions, it directs you to download an app and install it on your cellphone. Why do you now have to have a smartphone to read the instructions to an analog watch?I am extremely disappointed in both Amazon and Citizen -- total lack of customer service, and total lack of flexibility of the app. This is no way to treat a customer.
