Fantastic Microphone for Versatile Use!
The FDUCE SL40X XLR Dynamic Microphone has been a fantastic addition to my audio gear collection. Whether I’m recording vocals, podcasting, gaming, or live streaming, this mic delivers impressive sound quality that makes all the difference. One of the standout features of this microphone is its all-metal construction. It feels incredibly sturdy and durable, which gives me confidence that it can handle daily use and the occasional bump or drop. The sleek black finish also gives it a professional look that fits right in with the rest of my setup. The cardioid pickup pattern does an excellent job of isolating my voice, reducing background noise, and capturing crisp, clear audio. This is especially important for my live streams and podcasts, where background noise can be a major distraction. The voice-isolating technology further enhances this feature, ensuring that my voice is always front and center, even in a noisy environment.Setting up the FDUCE SL40X was a breeze. As an XLR microphone, it requires an audio interface or mixer, but once connected, it’s ready to go. I’ve used it with various audio equipment, and it always performs exceptionally well.Overall, the FDUCE SL40X XLR Dynamic Microphone is an excellent choice for anyone looking to upgrade their audio quality for recording, streaming, or gaming. It’s durable, reliable, and offers fantastic sound quality at a great price. Highly recommended!

Great mic, great price
Great tone on this mic… I love the look (although I could do without the Fduce name on the side, but not a huge deal), and the sound is clear and deep in XLR mode. There is a noticeable difference between XLR and USB modes, and I do prefer XLR. Not super gain-hungry, and I have plenty of volume with my interface set at 60 db.

Solid
No third-party software to worry about it’s really just a plug-in play that connects sounds great! It doesn’t fit your conventional mic stand though just keep that in mind. Solid build and the filter is durable.

Excellent for Yaesu FTdx10 Radio
This works great on my Yaesu FTdx10 Amateur Radio. I get excellent audio reports without even asking. I highly recommend this as a backup to my Heil PR-781

Don't think about it, just get it!
The FDUCE SL40X XLR Dynamic Microphone has been a fantastic addition to my audio gear collection. It performs exceptionally well for vocal recording, podcasting, gaming, and live streaming, offering impressive sound quality for its price. While the sound quality is good, it does have some difficulty picking up your voice from about a foot away, which can depend on the mixer you're using. Despite this, it’s a great option if you’re on a tight budget and need a versatile microphone. I use it for gaming and have even received compliments on the sound quality, although I also use an MV7 regularly. The build quality is impressive, especially considering the price. It’s worth noting that while it looks similar to a SHURE microphone, the audio quality differs significantly. However, this distinction might not be noticeable to most users, unless you have audiophiles in your gaming group.Overall, it's a perfect mic for the price. I recommend using 48V phantom power and avoiding cheap interfaces to get the best performance from this mic. Highly recommended for those on a budget!

Best Budget Dynamic Mic IMO!
Mic works great! Second one I have bought! Had to get the wife and I game in the same room, this mic definitely helped reduce the amount we pick each other up.

Great value but poor sound quality
My Hopes were high. I opened the box and it look so similar to a shure mv7 microphone. It felt solid, well made, heavy and solid. When comparing this microphone to the MV7 which has a similar configuration.Once connected and tested for several streams the hopes quickly became disappointment. The Shure microphone out preforms this microphone by a lot.If you are on a budget this microphone is not bad. When using USB you need to be very close to this microphone. Not more than 1-2 inches away. It is very sensitive to the diection you. You need to find the sweet for the best sound quality. It's very easy to miss that sweet spot. When connecting this microphone to an xlr interface it performs better. The SL40 seems to be noisier than the mv7 as well as the bass sounds off, and generally the audio did not sound natural. The sweet spot is a little more forgiving since you can increase the sensitivity and provide phantom power but it still has it's issues with it.The one big positive this microphone (sl40) has vs the MV7 is a USBC port which is very solid. The mv7 uses a micro usb port which is very easy to break.I was hoping to use this microphone as a backup microphone unfortunately I had to return the microphone as it under performed by a lot compared to the MV7. It was not worth the issues for me even if it was free.If you need a dynamic microphone to reject room noise and background noise this microphone does it well but you will NOT get the same warm natural sound that you get from a Shure microphone.
