Works as it should
Was a decent size sheet that I was able to cut to fit my light perfectly

Works great
Same shade/color as oem. Have bought others that had a gold hue instead of gray

Great polarizer, Made for a great birthday party surprise!
Very clean polarizer.Caution: If you learn about polarizers, you will discover that it is not a true filter, but changes the light rather than filtering. This can be altered by a nearby substrate like the protective sheet. So the polarizer effect is the strongest once you remove the protective coating. I was worried that it was not a good polarizer until the sheet was removed which allowed it to block more polarized light.Made for a great Spiderwick Chronicles birthday surprise. My daughter wanted this theme for her birthday and if you have seen the movie, there is an element where he looks through a circular stone and suddenly he can see the magical world around him. After brainstorming on how I could achieve the effect, I found that an LCD monitor shows blank white if you remove the polarizing film. So I did that and inserted a piece of this polarizer into a fake circular stone for each kid. Then the magic was that they could search through the house and find the Magic Window (lcd screen) and they could see the picture only by looking through their stone. They loved it

Es lo que es
Es un plástico polarizado para ponerlo a tu luz y y así no golpee tan fuerte e incluso ver mejor el lugar hacia donde enfoques, no hay más misterios ahí

Wear polarized sunglasses if installing somewhere.
Very light gray - not much, if any, light reduction. Bought this one to test this material on my (hardtop) boat glass to cut glare and be able to see better. Make sure to wear polarized sunglasses if you install this on a fixed application like this.

Worked Perfectly
This worked perfectly for me. I'm no expert but it appears to me that this sheet is of high-quality. I cut it into pieces using scissors. When two pieces are at 90 degrees it looks totally black both viewing sunlight and my monitor. Rotating a piece while viewing the monitor shows that the monitor is polarized and there is a spot where the monitor cannot be viewed at all. The same experiment thing with sunlight shows no effect at all as expected. The sheet arrived in perfect condition. Even though it was slightly rolled when placed in my mailbox it suffered no ill effects. It came in a protective plastic bag and also had a thin protective film on both sides. I'm delighted with the quality of this item.

Great for physics demonstrations
I bought these to be able to demonstrate various effects with polarized light, and this polarizer has exceeded my expectations in quality. I cut the sheet up into 4 smaller sheets so I could demonstrate crossed polarizers, quantum spin effects, and rotating electric fields in corn syrup. I have also used these to see polarization in reflective surfaces, the sky, and laser light. So far I haven't had any durability issues with the coating, but I have been treating them carefully and haven't had them for too long

Don't forget to peel-off the ultra-thin protective plastic covers from each side!
Measures 8 1/4" by 11 5/8" in case you're wondering :-). Feels about as thick as a business card and nicely flexible. Exactly what I expected when I ordered it. I'll be using it to polarize flashes for anti-glare art photography. I'll probably just cut it in half until I need to cover more than 2 flashes and then cut into fourths. It is certainly not optically made to go in front of $2000 camera lenses. Buy a good lens circular polarizer for that purpose! Perfect for flashes though.
