Very handy!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:We have two of these switches and use them with our SmartThings hub to control some lamps. They work great and were easy to set up. We started having a problem with one after about 8 months of use. The button sometimes would work and other times wouldn't. I contacted the company and they immediately responded and had a replacement mailed to us. We are very happy with the customer service and with the switches.

Flawless
Synced up and setup perfectly, can see battery in the smart home app. Clicks always read. Never a problem, never gets disconnected, perfect switch!

Works but not what I expected
I'm only pairing to an Echo with built in Zigbee. I had very odd behavior if I paired the device directly to Echo, it would show up as a switch but would not work (shows unresponsive in Alexa app). However, if put the button right next to the Echo (within a foot) and then paired the device it would show up as a contact sensor and would work for the most part; only single click and double click could be used to turn target device on/off. While long press would also turn off target device, I couldn't see any way to make use of this extra state for scene trigger. Since device shows as contact sensor Alexa only has on/off options for it. Additionally, I was unable to have a single click "toggle" the power state so I had to create two routines (one for ON and one for OFF). Note, the docs state the device would show as motion sensor but mine did not and that's a good thing as no 30s cool down timer (per the docs). Maybe there's a firmware update but since I'm not using Third Reality app, I don't see a way to do that.It does work well and delay is maybe a full second but would be nice to have full functionality within Alexa Echo Zigbee without buying another hub. Range is also pretty good as I have Echo on 1st floor and button on 2nd floor.

Works good but in HomeAssistant only 2-Way Remote Control.
Ok works good for what I have it doing. One button pressed turn room lights on and double pressed turns room lights off. Now for me I did not see a 3rd button option for Pressed in HomeAssistant. I did not take star away because not sure if it me, HomeAssistant or device but how I currently have it set up working great.used with Zigbee dongle USB Plus, HomeAssistant 2025.4.4 and Zigbee2MQTT

Convenient and Versatile Smart Button for Home Automation
I recently set up Home Assistant at home and wanted to try a smart button as a convenient alternative to voice assistants and tablets for controlling my lights. After searching on Amazon, I came across the THIRDREALITY ZigBee Smart Button, which works universally with any Zigbee hub. I paired it with the Zigbee 3.0 USB Dongle Plus-E Gateway (Universal Zigbee Gateway Adapter with Antenna), and the setup process on Home Assistant was incredibly easy. This button is a game-changer! With just a single click, I can turn on the lights, two clicks turn them off, and holding the button plays music on my Sonos system. It's incredibly convenient and impressively versatile.I chose the yellow color, making it easy to spot, and I love that it comes with magnetic stickers, so I can attach it to my bed frame. However, the item does look a bit cheap, which is why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, it’s an excellent gadget that has significantly enhanced my smart home experience.

Requires an additional third reality hub
After chatting with support this device needs an additional hub to work properly. So if you just want to pair it to an echo that has zigbee support it will not function on its own. I was told it needs the third reality hub to function with echo. The latest echo version can act as a zigbee hub on its own but not with this device. I did buy other third reality switches that did work with echo natively without any additional parts, but that was not the case with this button.

Garage Opener: Worked Only When Zigbee Was Always Connected
I am experimenting this smart button as a garage door opener remote. This device connected to my Home Assistant immediately, and easy to incorporate into automation. The blue LED indicator comes on when the button is placed but pretty faint, so it's hard to see the blue light especially during the daytime. While I can open the garage door from the inside the house reliably, but not from outside the house - due to the limited range of zigbee. Since the remote will go offline when the remote is away from the house and need to reconnect to the network, this may be why the remote will not open the garage door immediately. I am still optimizing zigbee network, but beginning to think that my old 90s garage door remote is more reliable and has a better range than zigbee-based remote. I tried another company's zigbee remote, but no better, possibly worse than this one.Update: I ended up using a wifi-based smart button as a garage door opener, which I found it more reliable. Reconnecting to the zigbee network is too slow (I think). I still like using this zigbee button for disarming my blink system and as a smart light switch, in both cases, the button is always connected to my zigbee network at home. Unlike a bluetooth based button used in the same circumstances, this zigbee button works 100% of time.

High hopes but I’d probably skip this one.
Works ok for a bit and then have re-pair it. I would not buy these again. Also, pushing the button a few times consecutively ends with basically freezing up.
