Seems to amplify the effects of either berberine or metformin/glipizide. I haven't noticed any negatives so far and have been taking it for a few weeks now.

Musli has a long tradition in Ayurvedic medicine, the traditional Indian system of medicine. There are two main types are Musli: Safed Musli (Chlorophytum borivilianum) primarily used for enhancing vitality and muscle strength, and Kali Musli (Curculigo orchioides) which is more focused on immune support and digestive health. This herb is also suggested for women who are going through menopause (me!). The bioactive compounds are said to help avert osteoporosis and strengthen muscle mass. I appreciate that this supplement keeps it simple: 1500 mg of black musli powder per serving with no added fillers or preservatives in a vegetarian capsule...how refreshing! The brand, Amalth, states that they use mature, handpicked herbs, dried at optimal temperature to preserve the herb's natural potency. There are 120 veggie capsules and at the recommended 3 per day should last 40 days. That’s a good amount to tell if this is the supplement for you. I will check back in to update my review after 40 days if there has been a noticeable change.

I've had several offerings from the company Amalth and have been satisfied, and this is no exception. Kali Musli claims several benefits, especially for men, and I believe this to be a good preparation for those seeking those benefits. The capsules are a medium size and easy to use , and the bottle provides enough for 40 uses when taken as directed. I think this is a good value for what you get.

I really didn't see or notice much of a difference, maybe I'll try it again or add something to it.

Okay, so let’s start with the weird: most supplements I order are sealed tighter than Fort Knox, but this one just had the foil seal under the cap - no outer shrink wrap, no inner plastic, nada. And when I opened it? The cotton inside was yellowed at the bottom toward the capsules (ew?- but maybe this is normal for Kali Musli?- It's literally my first time ever using it) and there was some kind of white splotchy stuff on the top of the foil cap like it maybe leaked in transit. First impression? Not ideal. The cap on this bottle is super weird too.. flimsy with stained edges on the inside. WEIRD for a supplement.BUT, we’re TTC (trying to conceive), and I’ve read a ton of promising things about Kali Musli - traditionally used to support fertility, libido, hormone balance, and overall reproductive vitality in both men and women. Basically, it’s like an ancient adaptogenic wingman.The capsules themselves are a medium size - not too big, easy to take, no weird smell or aftertaste.I’ll absolutely update this if I notice any major changes (or, you know…baby news 👀), but for now I’m cautiously optimistic. I mean heck, if this works or I notice a difference I'll definitely update. I went back and forth on whether to give this 3 or 4 stars, and would give it 3.5 stars if I could based off first impressions. Because I'm putting this into my body, a better sealed bottle is definitely appreciated. After a few days, weeks of taking I'll update my review.

When I got this I was kind of skeptical, because I have heard of tongkat Ali and horny goat weed for male vitality supplements, which did not work well for me, but came across this so tried it out.It gives you a solid boost and energy, focus, and most importantly, libido, if you're looking for a little boost this is definitely a go-to. It's not overly powerful, but just enough to be noticable.It's packaging is clean, with no signs of leakage from the capsules, and it has no unpleasant taste. The smell is also neutral, so that's not a bothersome aspect either. It uses vegetable capsules instead of gelatin, so that is a plus for any on vegetarian diets.If you're looking for a male vitality supplement, especially if others haven't worked that well for you, give it a shot!
