The best Magnesium I have found. I noticed the benefits the first night. I will keep purchasing.

So far they seem to be a good product. These were tried as an alternative to xyomegn and appear to be very similar.

This is the best magnesium I’ve tried! This supplement helps me feel sleepy within 30 minutes and my legs don’t cramp anymore in the middle of the night.

This is definitely one of the better magnesiums among the many I've tried (I literally have a basket full of different ones I've tried.) in terms of lowering/masking my pain (maybe too effective in that aspect actually.). Sadly it seems to occasionally cause GERD issues for me, especially on an empty stomach; so I probably can't make it a regular part of my rotation. I'll probably give it another try and see if it was coincidence or manageable by timing it only 1 hour after meals or simultaneously with them. Till then I have to pass. But if you want to see if magnesium might help you, this one's a decent bet for finding out.
