Returned this after less than a week. Besides being excruciatingly slow, after Windows got corrupted somehow last night (hardware diagnostics showed fine but Windows only booted into safe mode) we decided to return it. Not saying this is a trend, but I bought a new i7 XPS15 earlier in the year when they were released for me to replace my aging Macbook Pro and I had to return that as well due to the max specced XPS15 I ordered direct from Dell being even slower than the 2012 MBP it was replacing.Anyway, on to this new All-In-One desktop itself. Purchased for my mother-in-law, for exactly the purposes something with these specs should be for: email, web browsing, and social media. After the looooong WIndows 10 setup process, as other reviewers have stated, she was up and running. The form factor of all-in-one like an iMac was what was initially appealing and it does look sleek and compact all together, taking minimal footprint on her desk. The keyboard and mouse leave a little to be desired, definitely not comparable to the included Apple keyboard and mouse with an iMac, and I have cheaper Logitech mice better than the Dell mouse. The fact that these are wired peripherals also detracts from the otherwise nice design of the Dell.Overall I would say this is a pass for anyone considering this Dell. Very underpowered and about the bare minimum specs to even browse the internet and run things like multiple tabs, videos, messaging applications. I hoped to just get a seamless power up and go PC in this but it seems the tried and true build it yourself can get something way more powered if you plan on doing any sort of gaming for kids (Minecraft, Roblox, etc) as well as basic internet functions. There are tons of refurbished corporate workstation computers here on Amazon as well, grab one of those, a decent $100 monitor, a combo wireless keyboard and mouse, and you're good to go for around the same price.

Quick set up guide looks like they are conserving paper since it is not much ...
Getting set up and we can either go to 1 star or 5 and I'm not sure what will happen. Out of the box-easy to install base and no issues. Quick set up guide looks like they are conserving paper since it is not much bigger than a business card. That is not my issue-computer did updates after plugging in and booting up and now I am staring at a log in for "AnnieMay" Who ever she is I have no friggin idea. Device looks brand new and not reconditioned but I cannot log in and not happy.Keep you posted.....let's see what Dell does to get this resolved.Updated-16 hours later.....Dell was great-picked up right away for support and asked for product./serial info. After that they indicated that they had also heard from AnnieMay-have no idea how. I needed to do complete reflash-got that going and it took a long time-still doing windows update and I decided to return the product-Got with Amazon and swapping this out for an HP with faster processor and $120 more. Going to keep my rating-but from what I've read and my impressions of this computer is ----very, very, very slow. Nice looking design and has all the right tools but I need something that keeps up with my 8 year old laptop....

As Expected
After much research we decided to roll the dice on two of these all in one computers by Dell. We ordered the Dell i3265-A643WHT-PUS Inspirion 3265 AIO. First I will go over the Pro's then the cons.PROS: Delivered in two days on time and packaged well. Easy set up. Look Great. Works as expected. Excellent WiFi card picked up both sides of my WiFi and runs them great. I gave it four stars, if it were just a bit faster and the microphone better I would have given it 5 Stars.CONS: Long Update to get started, added a second monitor. HAd to change the settings so it was used as a second monitor and not a clone. Microphone is absolutely awful with no way to adjust settings. Only paid technical support. Why would I buy a 250 support for a 400 computer? It is not as fast as I hoped it would be with 6GB RAM and a 2GHZ Processor.

A year later and the fan (?) is toast
I've had this for about a year now and initially loved it. I liked the clean lines, the lack of extraneous cords, etc. It was fast enough for my use and did quite a nice job. Now apparently the fan is going out because it has started to shut down randomly. Initially it did it when I was downloading something from iTunes and trying to watch a Youtube video at the same time. Then it graduated to anytime I was watching Youtube videos after about 5 minutes. I was able to watch a whole playlist in Windows Media Player without problems but now it's started to shut down with that as well. I have a fan blowing on the back of the unit to try to keep it cooled off (if indeed that's the problem because I don't know for sure), but no dice. I've had Dell computers for years and have never had any problems with them, but this one is a disappointment and is going to be a lot more trouble than it may be worth.

Good computer for the price and space requirements!
This is a good computer for anyone who doesn't have the space for a full size desktop. Everything is built into the monitor. Setup was relatively easy. I took off one point because of the location of the USB ports, there are two on the back which are hard to reach and the other is on the side, also hard to reach because my monitor fits exactly in my desk space. I just bought an adapter and plugged in the stuff that wouldn't need to be unplugged in the back. So far I am happy. I replaced the mouse with a wireless mouse, but kept the wired keyboard. Overall, I would recommend it.

Best deal out there for a solid, basic AIO
Bought 4 of these so far and they are great and good looking PC's for basic things (web browsing, office work, light gaming (Win10 Minecraft, Roblox, etc). While the AMD A6-7310 APU is no rockstar and is not going to perform like the latest Intel i7, it is decently snappy. With 1TB of storage, 6GB of RAM and a quad-core processor this system should be usable for a number of years!** TIPS **(This applies to any new Windows 10 PC)1. Do not connect the PC to the Internet during setup (the first time you turn it on), wait until you are at the desktop. That way you don't have to wait for it to install updates before using it!2. Now that you are at the desktop in a timely fashion, go and uninstall everything with the word Cyber, Dell or McAffee in the name.3. Reboot and enjoy!!
