Saitama looks like an average guy, but his problem is anything but average. After training hard enough for all his hair to fall out, he's become so overwhelmingly powerful that no villain can stop him. The thing is, Saitama just does the hero thing for fun. When every enemy goes down with a single punch, it turns out that overwhelming power can be kind of... boring. Can a hero be too strong?

A Hilarious and Action-Packed Anime That Will Knock Your Socks Off
One-Punch Man is one of the most beloved and popular anime of recent years, and for good reason. It's a hilarious and action-packed series that follows the journey of Saitama, a superhero who can defeat any opponent with just one punch. The Standard Edition on Blu-ray is a must-have for any anime fan, as it enhances the already stunning animation and action scenes. The show's main character, Saitama, is a refreshing take on the superhero archetype. He's not interested in fame or glory, and he's bored with the ease of his superhero abilities. His nonchalant attitude towards fighting and his quirky personality make him a lovable and relatable protagonist. The show's animation and fight scenes are a sight to behold, with fluid movements and dynamic camera angles that will leave you on the edge of your seat. The Blu-ray version enhances the visuals and colors, making the action scenes even more breathtaking. But One-Punch Man is not just about action and fighting. The show is also a parody of superhero tropes, poking fun at everything from the overly dramatic villains to the convoluted backstories of heroes. The humor is clever and witty, and the show's ability to balance both action and comedy is a testament to its greatness. The Standard Edition on Blu-ray comes with all 12 episodes of the first season, along with some special features like commentaries and interviews with the cast and crew. The packaging is sleek and compact, making it easy to store and display.Overall, One-Punch Man is a hilarious and action-packed anime that will knock your socks off. The Standard Edition on Blu-ray is the perfect way to experience it in all its glory, with enhanced visuals and special features that make it a great addition to any anime lover's collection. Don't hesitate to add it to your cart – it's a knockout!

Might be my greatest purchase of all time
Amazon reviews are always the absolute worst to pour through, especially when it comes to physical media like shows or movies. For some reason, no one understands that other people don't care in the slightest about what they thought of the show, and if they did, they sure as hell wouldn't go to Amazon for the review. Reviews such as this should always be about the PHYSICAL PRODUCT, not the content itself. And well, since no one else wanted to leave a concise product review, I figured the responsibility had fallen to me; the ultimate product review for the ultimate anime.Just for clarity, I will be reviewing the Limited Edition Combo pack, so this review will not be exclusive to just the DVD or the Blu Ray. Simply put, this product is absolutely outstanding. It can be played on Region A, so all my fellow American anime enthusiasts should be able to watch it no problem. I did a test run on each individual Blu Ray and DVD disc, and each one works without fail. In terms of functionality alone, you couldn't ask for a better product. The aesthetic is also incredible. I love the sleeving technique they use for it, it really shows that the distributor put in extra effort to make a high quality, limited edition product. The 6 'cards' that are included come pre-wrapped, so you don't need to worry about any damage upon delivery. The discs themselves are beautiful, I love the graphic they put on each one, just another little detail that goes a long way for me. And finally, the little journal they give you is actually quite nice. It gives you some details about each character, and even includes the beginning of the first chapter in the manga. Again, they did not need to include it, but I'm so so happy that they did. This is an incredible value. I got it for barely over 30 bucks for a show I've been trying to get on hard copy for absolute years. The only other show that has given me this much difficulty with regards to obtaining it is FullMetal Alchemist Brotherhood. The difference is that show would cost nearly 200 bucks to get a good copy of now, this is a measly 30 dollars.I am beyond excited about this product. Everything is as I expected, if not better. It even came in an entire week before I expected it to. Nothing to complain about in the slightest. I cannot recommend this enough, it will definitely be the staple of my Blu Ray collection.

Packaging is good, AV quality even better.
One Punch Man the show:If you're into the combination of superheroes and anime, then this is the show for you. This show is very much like the Dragonball franchise where the main character has battle lust and is trying to reach the heights of his ability. For the ladies:This isn't an anime for females. What I mean is, this show is very male-centric. Only a few females appear in the show and they're always over sexualized (Tornado being the only exception). The women in the lives of the main characters are rarely mentioned; no mothers, sisters, girlfriends, nada. This also persisted through season 2 but the main characters did get to know Blizzard (Tornado's sister) better.Packaging:The packing I like. There is 1.) the normal plastic case that blu-rays come in. 2. A few posters of the characters. and 3. A concept book/comic book. All of that is put in a cardboard box where there is a cutout in the front showing Saitama (the main character) puching through a wall. What I really liked with the packing was that they have a plastic sleeve covering the cardboard box much like blu-ray and 4K steelbooks have.Audio & Visual quality:I only have positive experiences with the AV quality. I won't get too technical (because I'm not a technical person like that), but the audio was crisp and very clear.Visual surprised me. This is a 1080p blu-ray but watching it on my 4K tv, it felt like it was a true 4K HDR title. Obviously this was due to my blu-ray player upscaling everything but it was amazing that a 1080p blu-ray could look so good on my 4K tv.Recommendations:I think this particular set is worth buying if you like the OPM show. It's pricy but I think it's worth it.
