Make sure you have fresh batteries.
I really couldn't decide if I should give this 4 or 5 stars.I have a 2014 Chevy Cruze. When I get new tires, or have them rotated, the shop always forgets to re synchronize the TPMS. When I got it, I found 2 9-volt batteries to try it out. They both read as having +9 volts on my multi meter. I put in the first one and pressed the button. Nothing happened. No lights or anything. I put in the 2nd battery. The transmit light came on, but so did the low battery light. Then they both went out. This didn't seem unusual because lots of things go through a self-test and cycle through the lights.I went to the car and pressed the button. The transmit light flashed for a bit, then the low battery light came on, then both lights went out. I pressed the button again, and just the low battery light came on. I pressed it again, and no lights came on. Since the battery read 9-volts on my meter, I wasn't sure if the device was measuring the battery of the TPMS. I remember I pulled these batteries from two smoke detectors that beeped because the batteries were low. I thought thought the smoke detectors were bad because, again, the batteries tested fine.I finally decided that these just weren't good batteries, and bought four Energizer batteries for both the smoke detectors and the device. I put one in the device and pressed the button. Only the transmit light came on, as it should. I went out to my car and started the relearn procedure. The device worked perfectly, and now, so do the smoke detectors. My take away, make sure you have strong, fresh batteries.

Worked better than expected and only NINE DOLLARS
I can't believe this thing works as well as it does for only NINE DOLLARS.My 2014 Suburban's TPMS sensors were in the "wrong location" after a tire rotation. The dash tire pressure readings didn't match the actual tire locations. According to the interwebs I could turn the ignition on (not started) and press the lock/unlock buttons on the remote simultaneously to put the car into "TMPS learn mode" then let some air out of the tires to relearn the positions. Getting the truck into learn mode worked, but letting the air out did nothing. This tool resolved that issue. Put the car into learn mode as outlined above. Then use this tool to flash the TPMS sensors in order, LR, RF, RR, LR. The car will light the parking like on the corresponding corner where it's expecting you to reset the sensor. Just hold the sensor to the tire, not the wheel, where the fill valve is, and press the button. The car will beep the horn when the relearn for that sensor is complete, and will light the next corner. Lather, rinse, repeat. After the final tire the car should beep the horn twice to indicate the procedure is complete. It's super simple to use and I still can't believe it's only 9 bucks.

Great price, super easy and convenient to use.
Excellent tool. Luckily I have one of the intuitive vehicles that GM designed so that the owner can clone the keyless fob, or relearn TPMS sensors right from the vehicle itself, but relearning the TPMS sensors manually in the car requires you to either add or release 10+ psi of pressure from each tire to relearn them manually. With this tool, you dont need to do that. You simply put the car's menu into "relearn mode" for the tire sensors, then use this tool to quickly relearn each sensors new location, or can be used when replacing sensors as well. This is quicker, and more convenient. This tool worked excellent on my 12 Regal Turbo, and I do recommend it if you rotate your tires, swap winter tires, or have to replace one of your sensors. It took me less than 90 sec to relearn the new locations after rotating my tires. Aside from the convenience of being able to do this in my driveway and not having to pay a shop to do it, the price for this tool was also very reasonable. It arrived quickly, exactly as shown in the listing, and it feels like a robust quality tool. It has a thick rubberized case surrounding the tool itself, so if you drop it, no worries, it will be just fine.I recommend this seller.

Relearn the tires the first time works good

Works.
I don't write reviews, but I'm impressed enough to do so this time. You can clearly tell this is a cheap looking made in China tool... but it saved the day. NTB didn't have the decency to relearn my TPMS after doing a rotation and alignment... I lived with it until a month later when I had a flat and took it to Walmart (road hazard warranty). I asked them to fix the tire and relearn all TPMS. They fixed the tire, but did not do my TPMS sensors. I even asked the guy on the phone prior to pickup if they relearned them I was lied to. Sooooooo, I searched the internet and found this. It took me literally less than one minute to relearn the TPMS sensors. Not sure why NTB or Walmart couldn't figure it out.

Worked great
Very easy. Googled "tpms relearn mode" plus my year and model of car, and found several videos on how to do that for my particular vehicle. Then walked around resetting each tire's sensor in the order shown in the instructions. Just press and *release* the button at each tire, then hold the device by the valve stem right where tire meets the rim and wait a few seconds for the car's horn to honk. After the 4th tire sensor is done and it honks, then another "double horn honk" is emitted and that means it's done. Couple minutes total effort. Don't do it when your neighbors are sleeping, lest all the honking drive them to furious anger
