I bought this to help with my cholesterol and it has helped do wonders. Along with dieting and cutting back on sugar and salt foods, this product works great. I was on this for about a month and my latest bloodwork has all bad numbers down! Big pill but the results are worth it.

My order from Feb 2025 does not expire until August 2027, so I am very happy with that.They are big pills and a serving is 2 pills a day. I find them easy enough to swallow.There is no smell or taste that I notice. I do keep them in the freezer.I do find them a little spendy when a bottle is only 45 days worth of pills.07/18/2025 update - They are consistent. The 2 new bottles I just ordered don't expire until December 2027.

These seem to work. The capsules are quite large, but easy to swallow. No bad fishy after taste either.
