Its been a month now and I am writing this review . Usually i go for bigger brands like "Preethi" or "Prestige" or "Butterfly"but this time I chose to buy something simpler and cheaper . And my intuition was right , This mixie really does the job and grinds at a faster rate and is smoother as well. Its made up of plastic but if you grind it for a longer time it slightly heats up but not too hot enough . So you can give it a break and grind again . Overall product is reliable , good and worth the cost .Go for it Guys

I bought this mixer and I’m really happy with it. It runs smoothly with low noise, the blades are sharp, and it does the job quickly and efficiently.The build quality is great, and the design looks stylish too.It’s a very useful and reliable product for the kitchen.Definitely worth buying!

Worst product ever. Do not buy this. It may seems good product in a comparatively cheap price. But it got broke after 4months of moderate using. And their customer service is horrible. They don't even send a technician to see the issue even when the product is under warranty. They like to harass their customer by saying same thing everytime you call them. I bought this ignoring all the bad ratings, but I shouldn't have. Right now I've no choice but throwing it away.Do not sell product if you can't give proper customer service.

Have been using it for almost 2 years with no major complaints. Basic mixer-grinder. The small jar is average in grinding spices like mustard seeds - but will not give a very smooth grind. The motor does heat up very quickly so cannot use it continuously for long - have to switch off intermittently. The lids are also quite loose and have to be manually held to prevent spillage. It can't compete with the premium products - but is ok for the price and works for regular home use.
