Great magnets
These work great! They're very strong and easy to make use of as a low profile attachment option for lightweight cosplay armour.

Strong magnet, BUT
Strong magnet but not what I would call a rare earth product. You can get much stronger for the same price.

Not super strong
Though not as strong as solid magnets they do work well. The shallow countersink in the holes made it hard to find screws that fit in flush. I ended up grinding down the bottom and top of screws so that they would fit. Countersink angle is important.

Small and very strong
Amazingly strong for the size. Used them to attach photos to a metal board. Really strong! Great product.

They're fine, as expected. Would be good if offered with opposite polarity.
For cabinet door catches you have to install on door and frame with one magnet reversed so they attract but then the counter sink hole will be on the wrong side for one magnet. Why not offer half of the magnets with + side countersunk and half with the - (negative) side countersunk? Would make great powerful door catches. As is, I wouldn't buy again as door catches, they are not powerful enough.with out a reverse polarity magnet opposite to maintain a seal on my humidity and temp controlled guitar cabinet.

Not as strong as I had hoped
I bought these to hold up a wooden dowel (idea was to create a sign that would hang from the dowel, and could be attached magnetically to locker room door to indicate which room our team is in), but they were not anywhere near strong enough. I attached 6 (two columns of 3 each) to the end and even that was not strong enough. As others have said, they they don't hold particularly well to metal surfaces - I have other rare earth magnets that are much stronger. Several cracked quite easily as well, which I have never experienced with other rare earth magnets. They are cheap and OK if you don't need them to hold up much weight.
