Rajah Mixed Curry Powder (Mixed Masala) 400Gms

I found that one needs to add additional spices to give it that extra flavor that stands out in a dish.

I've searched high and low for a curry powder like this. Unfortunately supermarkets only stock 'run of the mill' curry powders. I made a beef curry and although it was quite spicy (not hot), a dash of yogurt will add to the flavour. I'm considering ordering another packet before stock runs out!Note: expiry date on packet end of 2020.
