Barbie Andy Warhol Doll

I love the doll's fashion. Her arms are the only articulated points. Her face mold is not really my favorite, but again her fashion is really pretty: the pink boa/shawl has lining and the long dress is removable. Overall, I like the whole series of the Andy Warhol, I only have this and the Campbell Soul doll.

Since we are Barbie collectors this doll is a wonderful addition to our collection.

I bought it for my friend's daughter who is a Barbie collector. She loved it! PS: Her collection is worth more than most people's house.

Beautiful doll, lovely face, hair and outfit.I love the colours of her very stylish dress, and pretty wrap.The shoes aren't quite as sparkly as they look in the picture, but she is still a beautiful, beautiful doll, an instant favourite.

The great thing about this doll is Barbie's dress, which has Warhol's Barbie portrait splashed across the front. The Barbie doll's face harkens back to earlier days and so she looks like she was created decades ago when in fact she was not. Although this doll is in a gold label box, frankly I prefer the silver boxed Warhol Barbie wearing the Campbell soup can dress, as she is so incredibly beautiful. However, this doll does seem to suit the Warhol era better and is pretty spectacular. She came, surprisingly, in good condition. I find Amazon tends to pack Barbies poorly and have had some bad luck and returns due to crushed boxes. This doll's box was in perfect shape and without a scratch or dent. The doll also was in mint condition. Barbie stands in front of the original Warhol Barbie painting, which is great for collectors who do not remove their dolls from their boxes. Only 10,000 dolls were made world wide, or so a sticker on the doll's box says. I was not aware of this fact when I purchased the doll. In all, she looks very 70's and is an attractive and original. I am happy with this purchase.

La poupée est bien mise en valeur. Le manteau en fausse fourrure rose avec sa doublure bleu est éblouissant. La robe met en valeur l oeuvre d andy Warhol. La poupée ressemble à celle imprimée sur la robe. Sa coiffure rappelle le brushing des années 80.

Sehr gut Verpackt angekommen!Meine Frau hat sich besonders gefreut über diese schöne Barbie...Der Schal ist ein besonders Highlight!
