Overall, I’m quite pleased with it. The design is simple yet elegant, with a nice, sturdy construction that feels reliable in my hands. It’s both functional and aesthetically pleasing—a great addition to my kitchen tools.However, I did notice a small flaw: there’s a bit of visible glue near the top of the handle. It doesn’t affect the performance, but it slightly detracts from the otherwise clean and polished appearance.That said, the whisk works beautifully for blending doughs and batters without over-mixing, and the ergonomic feel makes it easy to use for extended periods. For its solid performance and attractive design, I’d recommend it.

The media could not be loaded. This Danish whisk is an absolute workhorse. It has a solid, super sturdy design that makes mixing anything from pancake batter to sourdough easy.The silicone handle is comfortable to grip and easy to clean (dishwasher safe)! It feels like it’s built to last a lifetime. One of my favorite kitchen tools, hands down.

Never had a Danish whisk before, recently started bread making. A regular whisk ends up with a ball of dough trapped inside that is annoying to remove. A dough scraper is the standard bread mixing method but then your hand gets messy. This makes the dough stick faster to my hands when I go to knead it.This whisk keeps my hands clean, does a good job incorporating the ingredients, and has a handle which a dough scraper lacks (helps reduce hand strain). No dough ball gets stuck in the middle, and it is easy to clean.Build quality is exactly what I wanted. I can't verify the wire goes through the whole handle, but if it does it will never fall out like I've seen in reviews for cheap ones. My favorite feature is that the entire handle is molded in plastic so there is no concern of water or dough getting trapped inside the handle.My two complaints are:The handle is overmolded with silicone. This may be easy to clean, but will also impact the longevity. If I don't somehow break the wire through abuse, the handle molding is bound to age and peel, dicolor, or trap odor. THIS IS NOT an issue yet, just a concern.The second is the whisk head is asymmetric and not tightly closed. The wires that overlap don't touch. I think this is done to make cleaning easier because dough can't get stuck between them. This is PURELY a visual complaint and why I'm still giving this 5 stars.

I bought this dough whisk with the expectation of rarely using it because I do not frequently bake bread. But it has become my go-to implement for stirring and for mixing all kinds of things, including enchilada filling, potato salad, and meatloaf. It evenly mixes the ingredients, so you avoid the small-sized ingredients (like chopped onions and beans) winding up mostly in the bottom of the bowl. A chef's kiss for the enchilada filling -- each scoop of which had the same ratio of chicken, beans, preserved lemons, water chestnuts, jalapenos, and cheese.The whisk is very sturdy thanks to the tang being almost the full length of the handle. It is easy to clean; even sticky material comes right off. I expect this whisk will last a lifetime. Please note that the head is too large to fit in a wide mouth canning jar.

This dough whisk is the best! Nice grip, easy to clean and very sturdy!I bake sourdough often and this is perfect to mix up the ingredients. I have used it with many types of dough.You won't be disappointed! Highly recommend!

I absolutely love the material on the handle, I don't ever feel my hand slipping. I get a good firm grip and can go to town mixing a 2 loaf batch of sourdough.I love there is a gap between the little loop for easy cleaning.Quality is wonderful. Size is great but maybe could have a shorter handle fir us smaller hand people.

I have put off buying a whisk for a long time. The common complaint is the whisk breaks off at the handle. I can see why when the whisk ends shortly after entering the handle. Brod and Taylor whisk continues all the way down the handle. They show the diagram and decided this is the one I needed. I had to give this one a try. On the first mix, you can feel the solid build in this whisk. The handle is not slip, the whisk releases the dough quickly and cleanup was easy because after a quick rinse you can toss it in the dishwasher. You may be hesitant on buying this because it's a bit that all the other bread whisks, but the few extra dollars are well worth the cost in having a quality build dough whisk.

Amazing. The build quality is much higher than other dough whisks I’ve had. It’s also designed better. The whisk itself has gaps which makes it much easier to clean.
