NPOLE N200 2-in-1 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner 2-speed Setting Rechargeable Bagless Stick and Handheld Vacuum with Upright Charging Base Black

I purchased this item because the reviews were so great. I was so disappointed! I was looking for an everyday quick cordles vacuume to supplement between using my heavy duty vacuume. The assembly went easy. The battery appeared to be charged, so I tried vacuuming up some cracker crumbs, a couple pieces of dry cat food that my cat got on the floor and some "hair bunnies" from my cat. It DID NOT pick up any of it!. I reserved judgement because I was not sure if the battery was fully charged. It ran for about 20 minutes before it stopped. So, I followed the instructions, and put the vacuum on the charging station. After it charged fully, I tried picking up the same items mentioned above along with some cat liter. Again, it did not pick up a single thing! The vacuum head does not glide along the edge of the tile floors where is meets the walls or along the kitchen cabinets. If you want to do the edges, you have to push the vacuume while facing the cabinets or wall, which is a waste of time and battery life as opposed to running it along the short edge of the vacuum head like most vacuums do! All of this was on floor tile. Forget the carpet! My grandchild dropped some MM Candies on the carpet and the vacuum just pushed it around, did not pick it up nor did it pick up lint from socks. It annoys the heck out of me that I have to now pay shipping to send this vacuum back. We should not have to pay return shipping when products don't work! I am going back to my $29.98 Swivel Sweeper which does a heck of a lot better job! The swival sweeper picked up everything and it is about 15 years old!

I really like the weight and easiness of handling, however, when I take it off charging stand, it automatically turns on. Then changes speed on it's own. Also changes speed when moving from carpet to hardwoods. I thought at first I could live with it changing speeds but it eventually became aggravating and decided I paid too much for this to not be totally satisfied with it. Returning for credit.

Still evaluating. We do now know that the filter is difficult to clean. Battery life and run time has been adequate. Floor head design doesn't allow for close-to-baseboard vacuuming.

I bought one because it is cordless and lightweight for my sister in law who has Lupus and Rheumatoid arthritis. She said she loves it because it is easy to use and clean; however, she likes the hand held vacuum which seems to have better suction than as a stand-up vacuum cleaner. It does have a long lasting charge.

One of the worst purchases I ever made on Amazon. Very underpowered to be almost useless, especially on carpet. Brush picks up dirt but then drops it back on the floor because it has so little suction power. Yes, I clean it out frequently (have to!). I do like the general concept of the detachable hand vacuum and the compact, lightweight size but it just doesn't do it's job. Don't waste your money on this one.

The hand vac keeps opening up and dropping it's content on the floor. The light works intermittently. I was asked by NPOLE to send photo's as to what is wrong. I can't show them very well, it just doesn't work as advertised. Never purchase from NPOLE again, BTW we don't use it anymore!

I have had better. The suction is not great.

Cleans up well around the office, its battery powered so you dont need to deal with cords. Comes with a few extra attachments and the middle part pops off and becomes a portable vacuum as well.Pretty neat!
