Cute but buyers need to be informed
Shorted one cupcake topper (23 not 24). Balloons have a STRONG almost mothball smell that engulfs the room. Balloons leave a terrible taste in mouth after inflating and have a chalky powder on them, so I had to wash them in hot water and dawn dish soap. Even though there are puncture spots for holes on streamers I had to forcefully push on them to put characters on them with zipties (needs assembly not immediately ready to hang). Its a really cute idea and my son is pleased overall.
