I was looking for something that avoided boiling kettles for a hot water bottle and the microwave type did not seem suitable for me, given the limited stay warm time. This fits the bill perfectly, a few minutes to warm up and it has the perfect heat that lasts far longer and is comfortable to hold. The cover is so cosy, but does not stop the heat getting through as some covers on bottles do. It comes with a plug that looks like a stapler but is much more secure. It clicks on and when the red light goes out it is ready for use. I would maybe like it to be a bit bigger but overall I am very impressed, and will buy another like a shot if the time comes. Can highly recommend.

This product is brilliant. This heats up within 15 minutes and lasts for approximately 5 hours. When I have this on my knee my cat who is arthritic also loves this and falls asleep with this resting on her back

I bought this as I am suffering with a hernia and IBS and it heats up really quickly and retains the heat well. It's a bit heavier than I expected but other than that I cannot fault it. Its worth every penny and is safer than boiling kettles when you're tired.Update: I loved this in the beginning but after 4 months it no longer works as it doesn't heat up properly so have had to go back to hot water bottles.

This is fabulous for cold nights when you don’t want to get out of bed to refill the hot water bottle. Just plug in, wait for 15 mins or less and you’re ready to use it once more. It all seems to keep its heat for hours but I think the velvet feel cover helps with that.Another bonus is no concerns about spilling boiling water on yourself, no stress when trying to undo a hot water bottle plug that you’ve put in too tight, and it has a bit to put your hands in to help warm them up.A great purchase and would recommend to anyone.

I bought this hoping it would help my kidney pain it takes 5 min to charge and omg it’s so hot takes away pain saved on electricity as your not constantly boiling the kettle it’s fabOnly down side is it says it stays hot 5-6 it doesn’t stay that long but soon as it cools down you can just recharge it
