I do not have a huge problem falling asleep but every now and then I need a little bit "booster" to help me stay asleep. This product does not help me fall asleep faster nor does it help me stay asleep. On the contrary, I noticed that a few times after taking these capsules, I woke up in the middle of the night after only sleeping 3 - 4 hours. I think Perricone MD products are well-advertised and well-packaged, but they're not always effective. The ingredients are not special at all and you may very easily find other alternatives that are also a lot cheaper.

It does work for me, but you need to start it and stay with it. No after morning effects either.

AmZing. Way better than anything I’ve tried. Also been through 2 bottles and it’s still working for me which, in the past things tend to lose their efficacy after my body gets used to them I guess.
