Hanvex HDX3 3ft 2.1mm x 5.5mm DC Plug Power Adapter Extension Cable, 18AWG Heavy Duty Cord for 12V, 24V LED Strip, Lighting, and more

I purchased this as an extension for my FPV goggles (drone flying) for the battery that I use. As it turns out, this thing is terrible for my application that I initially intended it to be used on. I needed a much more flexible cord, this one is VERY rigid and tough, and I do not see that changing any time soon. If you are looking for a cord that is going to be rigid, tough, and not moved very often, than this is the one for you. However, if you intend on the cord being moved around or expect any sort of real flexibility, I recommend looking elsewhere.Overall the cord does work and works well, it is a great example of a dc cord extension, just not what I was looking for.

These cables work fine but the plastic mold around the barrel head is too thick and will not fit into my Milwaukee power source adapters. Ended up using Valley Enterprises which have a narrower mold around the head. If your using this cable to connect to other cables with the same thick mold then you may be ok, otherwise the head connector is too short. They need to make the mode thinner or the head connector longer.

Needed an extension for a power supply for an LED lamp based on a prop from Star Trek and this fit the bill perfectly. Extended the cable safely and the lamp works perfectly and can be unplugged and moved as needed thanks to it.

Seems to be a high quality part. The wire really appears to be 18 gauge, but is surprisingly flexible (heavy wire can be surprisingly stiff). The the two wires are covered by a heavy outer jacket that appears very tough. It is nice to get a product that is really meets expectations.

Worked perfect and I would give it 5 starts if it was at least 4 feet long.

As before I wish it was combined with a 3ft. RCA extension cable
