Really does help with pain and sleep. I rub it on my feet at night to sleep’ and on my back or legs when I have pain and it helps a lot. I’ve told friends and family about it and they are surprised how much it helps them too. Just make sure to wash your hands after rubbing it in so you don’t rub your eyes and accidentally get it in your eyes

My mother loved this gift! The lotion is on the thicker side so she thankfully doesn’t need to use a lot for each use and can get the most out of the product possible! She said it doesn’t smell and it helps her pain and soreness.

Got this (unscented version) for restless legs during pregnancy. It definitely helps and has a very mild pleasant feeling on the skin, but doesn’t solve restless legs completely. Also helps some with achey hips. The lotion is on the thicker side and it’s hard to fully rub it in (it stays white and you can still see all the directions you’ve rubbed it on your skin). I don’t mind that personally, I’m not trying to win a beauty pageant just get more than 3 hours of sleep. I find it particularly helpful to cover my feet in it then put on socks. Anyway, I recommend it but it’s definitely not a complete solution to restless legs.

I have been using this lotion for about a week now and I am super impressed with how it works to completely stop the muscle twitching I experience in my legs every night as I fall asleep. I massage the lotion into all the problematic spots on my legs and ankles right before I get into bed and I haven’t had any issues at all. I also sleep better which is a plus. I hope it keeps working long term.

i usually dont write reviews but this product was life-changing for my tmj. ive struggled for years with tmj and holding a lot of tension in my jaw and so far from using this a few times a day it has helped that pain a lot so i am so thankful! nothing else has helped me as much as this product, 11/10 recommend and i will be repurchasing this.

a little goes a long way and did give some releif for tired hands...however I purchased for full body use and it totally aggravated a full blown keratosis pilaris breakout (due to coconut oil base). If you are kp or acne prone use with caution.

This stuff is POWERFUL! I have suffered from muscle cramps very severe in my shoulders and neck. Id rub it on , even my hair on the back of my head as those cramps lead to migraines for 3 days, so trying not to get one is key! This lotion has stopped it in their tracks a few times! For me I noticed it works even better if I don't use it for a while and then do, I seen to get a tolerance bto it, or the first application works the best. But I just have weird things like that. I'm also on subutext meds, and I can't take too much magn. Or I get very sleepy like I feel drugged. But for muscle cramps there is nothing better. Also I HATE fake fragrances, being sensitive they will give me and my husband headaches, but this vanilla smell is not bad. It's tolerable, but there is a unscented one if you hate vanilla. Also, once you put it on... It stays, you have to shower it off .. it has a layer of coating that will last over a day... So buy a lufa just to get it off. But it DOESN'T BURN OR ITCH like the magnesium brines, which are intolerable! This stuff is the best you will find, and it's cheap! Pregnant women, athletes and magnesium deficient people ( which most are in the US) this is for you! We get plenty of calcium from our food but if we don't have the magnesium to help the body absorb it that problems happen. I will also recommend 2 of the best books, usually I read a ton of reviews and I like detailed ones were people are honest, and usually have some body issues going on or injuries, I have had injuries, so the most amazing books are : THE MAGNESIUM MIRACLE/ THE IODINE CRISIS! And YES Flouride in our water system is so bad for our brains and bones health....think of this, is a tiny bit of arsenic or cyanide , as they are both incredibly toxic to humans and animals , is a small amount ok? NO! so Flouride is also very bad, as the studies have shown in the iodine book.... It blocks your bodies ability to get iodine and from there hundreds of systems are effected...so if you are a health nut, or just want to live your best life in a world of bad substances put in our food water and meds.... Get those books! And GO RFK! HES LAGIT!Alot can be don't to help balance the systems in the body just with the info in those alone. Good luck everyone!

I really enjoy using this lotion. I was taking a magnesium supplement but wanting to get away from ingesting so many vitamins, especially since I’m always concerned with where vitamins and their fillers are sourced and manufactured. So many of the raw ingredients come from China, which is a concern with lack of regulation within China.This worked so well, better than the supplements! Great ingredients, fragrance free, no seed oils or common nut oil like almond oil. I rub it on my legs and abdomen every night and every morning I’m nice and regular lol. Highly recommend this quality product with high quality ingredients.
