Proper switches and easy setup
Replaced a very defective touch switch panel with very dodgy network connection. Just Bluetooth to your phone and follow the guide to connect it to the house Wi-Fi. It is really easy and works very well with our google system. Finally the switches feel quite robust, give a nice on/off click and are nothing like those touch sensitive - or should be more accurately named 'touch-insensitive' switches - also for sale on Amazon

Nice and responsive but a bit deeper than expected.
With the stock firmware this device is solid and very responsive. I am using a custom firmware for use with home assistant and it performs very well. A bit of the responsiveness is gone but thats no fault of the origional firmware.I would like if the relay was a little bit more shallow, at the moment its limited to only the deepest sockets.

Great addition to the smart home!
Okay so where to start…i bought this to add to my smart home plan. It provides a nice little screen to replace the kitchen light switch and provide access to some smart home functions. The size is good slight larger than a normal switch as expected but no obtrusive and appears well on the wall.Ease of installation was simple, wiring is well explained and not complicated in any way. It also fits a normal back box. I would definitely say use at least a 35mm back box though.Quality seems okay, a little plasticky but to be honest it still seems quite solid. I’m not sure how long the buttons will last, but we will see.Ease of use has been okay, connect them up download the app and connect. You can then set then up as required. To be honest this took two minutes and i was controlling both my kitchen and living room lights in no time at all.Connectivity wise they seem to work well. I have it connected to my wireless network with issue and it also bow sees my additional R5 switch in the living room.Extremely impressed so far!

I do not recommend to buy anything from Sonoff
The media could not be loaded. I bought this smart switch for Amazon, initially this was perfectly and no complaints. After few weeks this starts creating problems sometimes it does work and sometimes it doesn’t.I contacted to customer care by email and after delayed response they are asking me to do some troubleshooting, I am not certified electrician so I have asked local electrician to perform the troubleshooting steps and does work again. But after that few weeks later same problem started again and I contacted to customer care to replace the item but again they were asking to perform same steps.Every-time it’s not possible to call electrician to pay call out charges. Now scary things happened they (Sonoff) can see my device and looks like they performed some action from remotely and my device dead. Now they stop responding and finally I have decided to complain to Amazon. My main concern is device access from remotely.I hope Amazon will do some action to this company.

Not ideal for general consumers, only enthusiasts
I’ve integrated this into my smart home setup, but let’s be honest—it’s not a plug-and-play device for the average user. Out of the box, it doesn’t natively sync with a wide range of smart devices. It works alright with big names like Hue, but anything more niche (like GOVEE, for example) is a complete non-starter without running your own Home Assistant server.Luckily, I do run my own HA network, so I’ve been able to make it work—though not without writing my own automations and doing a fair bit of tinkering. For anyone not comfortable with that kind of setup, I really don’t see how they’d get much use out of it.That said, once it’s up and running, it does look great on the wall and serves its purpose well. It’s just not quite the seamless experience I was hoping for. One saving grace is the physical buttons—those let me tie in functionality for devices I can’t even make widgets for on the screen. So that’s a plus.In short, if you enjoy the DIY side of smart homes and run Home Assistant, you’ll probably get something out of this. If not, I’d give it a miss—it’s not consumer-friendly in the slightest.

Excellent
It functions well and easily integrates into the smart home ecosystem. Please note that it requires a neutral connection to operate.

Good best features are paid
Looks great I am still fiddling with its features. I have seen the best features are hidden behind a subscription cost. I would have like to have used it with IFTTT but not willing to pay for that.
