Recipes have errors
The book has not been properly proof read. The recipes have ingredients that are not used in the method.I bought this book under the impression that this will have recipes for food actually served in the Yoga insitute. This book has recipes for Chutneys, mouth freshners, snacks and powders. No real recipe for cooking vegetables is offered. What a disappointment.

Long Awaited Book
An awesome book from the pioneer of ancient Indian tradition, values and yogic life. It traces the evolution of Indian food from Vedic times. The recipes are categorised based on seasons and body type of individuals on ayurvedic principles.A holistic book on how to cook with the right ingredients for good health. Looking forward to try out the recipes!

The best book that combines health and taste so amazingly!
I have been looking to switch to healthy eating for quite sometime but was finding it difficult to cook dishes that are both healthy and tasty. I found this perfect book, there are so many options from snacks, breakfast, meals, chutney made with less oil, spices and yet so tasty. I have tried the healthy idli burger, excited to try out all the other Indian and international recipes.

Waste of money
Not at all gd recepies ..wanted to return it but you cannot do it only replace it .. don't waste your money on this and buy something useful

The recipes need to be featured in the Table of Contents
Nice book. The only problem is that the recipes aren't listed in the Table of Contents.It is like looking for a needle in a haystack each time one wants to refer a particularrecipe.
