These are exactly what I ordered. They were gifted as a gift and the people that received them were very pleased. Had a bit of an issue with shipping and their customer service was attentive and provided a resolution immediately.

Great idea but use your own hardware the supplied hardware is only about strong enough to hold up the holder itself once you put your gear on it you will notice it slowly start to droop other than needing to change for sturdier hardware i love it

The product itself is sturdy and well built, however the screws it comes with are either really cheap metal or plastic. When tightening them down into wood the heads of both screws snapped off, I ended up using some wood screws I had lying around to replace them.

The ball broke off the screw right out of the box. I'm talking like maybe 2 ft lbs of pressure and it snapped off. I drilled a hole in the ball, found a longer bolt that fit the threading of the stem, cut the head off and screwed the ball into that and used gorilla glue to reinforce the whole thing. We'll see if it holds. Awful lot of work to fix something i received an hour ago. If you still wanna buy this expect to have to re-engineer it to make it at all useful.
