Solid construction and lots of light!
Uses the older GoPro Hero batteries. Has a solid seal and looks to be able to take submergence to the rated depth. Plenty of bright white light, too - of you fon't use it for a camera, you can fix it to your helmet as a miner's light!

Quality control may not be the best.
I was so exited to receive this dive light to attach to my GoPro. felt like it was build sturdy enough to take diving. On dive day, I turned the light at approx. 20 feet down, looked into some coral and when I went to turn the light off...... It wouldn't turn off. After my dive, I had to take the batteries out to get it to turn off. Upon closer inspection water some how got in and corroded one of the battery contacts. The batteries were not wet nor was the inside where the batteries go. So water didn't get in though the battery opening. NOT a big fan of this light.I'm trying to find a contact for the company to get a replacement or a refund.... but so far, not having much luck.

Light up near objects.
If you mount this unit next to the camera,using the included hardware, your images or videos will not be lit evenly.Well built and easy to use.

Easy light with great battery life for 1-2 feet of subject
We have this attached to a extender stick and it gets you the right amount of light during scuba trips. The battery is really good and lasts for several days. This is not for night dives, just for day time trips.

Very bright, and well built, perfect for scuba diving
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a small light I can mount to my gopro, because many others were very bulky. The case of the light is very strong, as it is made of metal, and there are plenty of light modes. The lights are very bright, and wide, so it has a lot of coverage. The t bracket seems cheap, and isn't perfectly straight, but it works perfectly for my custom camera tray. It is also powered by two gopro branded batteries which I though was great.
