Not very helpful
It’s basically a book on vocabulary words not really helpful for a beginner learning concepts

Has decent information but is just poorly written
This book has solid information overall, but as far as the authorship of this book goes it is poorly written. For example they say there are 5 design principles in design thinking and then literally list 6. There are moments where they repeat what they said in the paragraph prior just in different words. The book is somewhat helpful but doesn't instill a lot of confidence in it's material when things like this made it to publishing and the market.
