Jillian Michaels: Ultimate Collection

So happy with this set! Variety of DVD workouts. I have other vids by Jillian and have had success with her workouts and these are great additions to my other ones. Packaged well and arrived with no damage and fast!

Just received DVDs yesterday and I have been working out for years, have recently been bored so ordered these DVDs for I have a few of Jillian's already. With that said first workout kicked my bottom and I am very sore. Am looking forward to using all of them.

Its legit total body. Love the options. I still crave to own all of Jillians dvds but this is a great deal on Amazon for this boxset. I now have to buy the Lift and Shred dvd separately because I do feel this set would be more rounded with a weight lifting dvd. I know L&S just came out but there is an older weight dvd of Jillians. But either way, this is a great set.I do Yoga Inferno on my days off in the morning and its such a great variant! I work out every morning and Jillian makes it so easy to get the sweat going asap. So many options to switch it up and not get bored. I chose this set instead of paying for a PT at my gym. If there is any PT i want to hire is one that's studied the entire science of the body, makes their own routines and has PROVEN RESULTS with so many other people: that personal trainer would be Jillian Michaels. Buy it.

Challenging, but easy to follow workouts. This is my first Jillian Michaels set, really like them. Just wish they had more than 2 work outs per DVD.

Too difficult for me but I will build myself up and try again at a later time

Like all of Jillian's workouts, I love this one. There are a bunch of workouts and levels so you won't get bored. They are broken down into 30 min segments. You can get it quick but effective workouts, when you don't have time for a full hour or more.

Love her dvds she provides a grear workout always. This set has yoga workout which is great.

So far I've only done the am workout with the 7day Shred video, so I can only rate that one for now. The AM workout is tough, I loved the challenging moves of strength training. However, the pm workout is not that great. The assistants in her video are not coordinated and seem to not have done the excersises before taping. It looks silly, so I think I'll stick with running for my cardio and only to the am/strength training part of the video. More importantly this video was suppose to come with a 7 day meal plan. Well, when I typed in the URL, that is noted on the video under "Meal Plan", It says, "Page Not Found". So when I go directly to Jillian Michaels website and click on the Meal Plan tab, you have to purchase the meal plan via a subscription. This seems like a bait and switch. I'm disappointed with the misleading advertisement.
