Matcha Green Tea Powder Organic - Premium Ceremonial Grade (USDA Organic From Japan) (30g)

I was new to matcha, but I enjoyed the taste of this specific brand! If unproperly whisked, it can have somewhat fishy flavor notes, but I've noticed as I've gotten better at whisking that the sweeter, creamier flavor has come out and the fishy flavor has disappeared. I really enjoy it! I've only drank it with warm(ish) water so far.

Good color (though not as bright as in the photo), and taste very smooth. I make it for my matcha lattes, and I am very satisfied. It might seem pricey for such a small jar, but I find it to be a pretty good deal considering others on Amazon for the same size are more expensive.

I previously purchased another brand here on Amazon. Although, I have been getting a culinary grade matcha and decided on this for ceremonial because it was cheaper. Truly the culinary grade that I have been purchasing before had a much much better taste to it! This tea tastes like dust to me without the flavor that I like so much in matcha! Do not recommend!

First time user and I truly do like it. Better than coffee or tea with the alertness it offers without the jitters. I encourage those that aren't familiar with matcha tea to read up on all the benefits it has to offer. I really believe this company has good quality tea and a fair price.

I purchased this product on the advice from my teacher. It's of very high quality and a reasonable price. The main purpose for me by drinking matcha is to keep my anti-oxidant levels up. Great for fighting free radicals which cause all sorts of illnesses, not just cancer. Although I do have high blood pressure in the morning or due to hormonal imbalances, I find that the caffeine doesn't bother me at all. I don't get a jolt of energy and a quick down, instead I get a nice smooth energy. I do make sure the water temperature isn't higher than 175F and I use a battery operated coffee/milk frother to mix the drink because I didn't buy the bamboo mixer yet. Since I keep it in a hot/cold thermos, I can also shake it, but it's best to put the water first, then the powder, otherwise you'll have a lot stuck in the bottom. Enjoy!
