Hookless RBH14HH09 PEVA Shower Curtain - Mosiac Jade

Have been using hookless shower curtains for about 4 years now and needed a new one. Found this one to match my bathroom colors. The only reason I give it 4 stars is due to the material. Not used to the Peva plastic. Feels so different and kind of thin, but don't think it's fragile just due to the new plastic. It just feels so different from the vinyl one I had. Love the window all across the curtain for light, and it really helps alot. Thought it was going to be more see-thru, but it's frosted. Can't see out, but it's a whole lot easier to see while in the shower with all the added light. It glides smoothly across the bar and the large hookless holes help that..it's just all around a very nice shower curtain. It's one of the largest curtains I have ever had and covers the ends of the tub so there is no chance of any leaks. It really is huge..very wide, and plenty long enough. It hangs way down into the tub area. I do wish it was weighted at the bottom with magnets. I don't use a full force water pressure in my shower and don't have a problem with it drifting out to stick to me, but others in my family do. So, keep your water pressure down a bit, and it won't sail out to stick to you. :) Don't know about you, but I cannot stand that. All in all, I would recommend this to anyone, and give it a high rating. I would definitely buy more of this brand. It did not have any strange odor like others have mentioned. We use it every day, sometimes twice a day, and there are no problems so far. Seems strong and sturdy, and does not stick to itself like vinyl does. If you put in on the rod the proper way where the ends turn into the shower you will have no leaks. There is a right way and wrong way to put one of these up....so don't gripe about it leaking out of the ends if you can't put it up the right way..haha!!! I replaced my clear hookless brand shower curtain with this one. The clear turned yellow. So this one having color to it was great. It isn't really like the one in the picture as others have said. The window is very frosted not like an actual window but it is big so that's nice. Also the length and width is perfect, not too long or wide. Some complain of it being thin but the one I got doesn't seem thin. Infact, it actually feels thicker than all the clear ones I had before. The price is awesome since I was paying $20 for a plain clear one every few months from bed bath and beyond. I'm ordering two more just to have on hand and incase the price ever goes up. Once you go hookless you can't go back. Great curtain at a even greater price.

Absolutely beautiful curtain, perfect for what I needed IF I were putting a shower curtain in my half bath...which of course I'm not because there's no shower there. So the problem was that the color online before I bought it looked like it would match my OTHER bathroom (which of course does have a shower in it), but when it arrived, the dark greens and light greens turned out to be greens and blues. Don't think it was my computer monitor, because all other products that I buy seem to be represented correctly. So I was chagrined when it arrived and it matched the tile that I decided NOT to put in the bathroom with shower. Oh well, woulda coulda...still a wonderful color curtain!

This is a nice shower curtain. I was replacing an old one that had been taped together and re-taped because it was so perfect. This new one has the hookless top that I really like and lets some light into the shower. The window part is down lower and doesn't work as well for letting light in and also provides less "privacy" than it would if it was at the top. The clearer part is from about waist to chin height... I definitely would have ordered a different one if I had noticed that. This one seems like good quality in thickness and pliability, but there is a seam where the clearer area starts, so it may come apart (as my previous one did). You will absolutely love the hookless design, but getting one with a window at the top would be better.

But it wasn't exactly as I expected it to be,.. the colors are a bit "Brighter" than they seem in the picture, gives it a slightly more childish theme then I had hoped for but still very pretty.. also the "Clear" panel which is typical in the other Hookless Vision series is actually not clear, its frosted so you can't actually see through it, it just allows more light in.. I was hoping for the clear panel ... oh well..

The quality isn't the greatest and there were some creases in when it arrived that have not gone away. However, we are most pleased with the pattern and love that the clear panel lets a lot of light in from the window. So we can closet the curtain to hide our practically original 1925 shower, while not having it be dark in the bathroom without turning on the light. If fit quite easily over the curtain rod and I enjoy not having hooks which tend to get tangled or make it hard to open and close. I'm not sure how long it will last, but at such a reasonable price I would buy one again.

I really like the Hookless brand design. So much better than the cheap rings that always seem to detach. The only negative about this design is the frosted, semi-clear panel in the middle. The coating on that area has already started to come off leaving a messy appearance. I suspect we'll need to replace the curtain within the next month or two, after only using it for a few weeks.

This is nice looking - much nicer in the ad than in person. You do pay for what you get here. I picture the ideal use of this as a college student living away from home - it is attractive, and you cannot see through it, but it is flimsy and looks and feels cheap and plastic-y. Not all the less expensive ones do. It does the job. Hookless is awesome and the way to go, but this is probably not what most adults are looking to decorate with beyond your 20's, imho, as the quality isn't there. It is nice for the money and does the job, ultimately.

Silly Me-I Thought it was made of Fabric-It turned out to be PVC!After recoiling in Horror,I purchased a nice fabric one from Pier One.Plastic shower curtains are perfect in Alfred Hitchcock's Movies or in a squalid favela in Rio ,as nothing says Poverty like the smell of a cheesy plastic shower curtain.I'm a lazy shopper so i kept it and delegated it to the darkest corner of my basement closet.Perhaps I will use it one day,should I ever decide to emulate Dexter.
