I searched high & low for weeks reading all kind of reviews on different massage guns & I’m so glad I chose this one! It’s much more powerful than I expected. The quality appeared to be very high..and I truly liked the size, feel and appearance. It performed flawlessly for the first few weeks...to be exact...actually until one day after my 30 day Amazon time period for returning it....so then it was too late. So now my only recourse is to use the insurance policy I purchased with it...but all that's going to do is enable me to get an exact copy of a new one with the same engineering qualifications and weaknesses that are inherently built into this massager. It's a perfect size and perfect shape...enabling it to reach difficult places on my body....and because it is smaller and not as powerful as a full sized one...the softer, weaker power of it...actually felt good on my neck and other places that a full sized one could be way too strong and possibly cause damage to my tissue. At first it'd run strong for 10+ minutes..then need a recharge...But now...maybe not even a minute..or 30 seconds.I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of the motor. I'm 78...have spinal, muscular and nerve issues due to joint damage and very invasive inflammation due to arthritis..several forms of it.I also have many other issues but the main issue that causes the most pain...24/7..is my neck. I have extremely debilitating FHP and spinal Stenosis, along with psoriatic arthritis, hands, feet and lower back numbness. This smaller massager, along with my larger more powerful one has helped..greatly..but now without this smaller one....I'll not feel as good.I'll see what becomes of this matter.

Works decently for what you need, but vibrations are not as smooth as the Hypervolt or Theragun.
