Super easy to set up with Forscan and the lead was good quality. Everything I needed to use Forscan for this lead dont the job. Follow the instructions you cant go wrong!

My old switched unit wouldn't connect to my 2013 ford but I clicked on connect to vehicle and it just started like ive never seen with forscan, well worth the money.

good price for a 'diagnostics tool' does what it says and holds a pretty good connection.sometimes doesn't connect unless you plug into laptop, then into OBD, then unplug from laptop and plug back in. (may be a versatuner thing tho)

After updating the dongle with a windows 10 pc it’s worked flawlessly with my laptop and forscan connecting to a 17reg transit custom

So we were having issues with a 2013 mondeo with a blocked dpf due to a fuel vaporizer / 5th injector failing. We had replaced the 5th injector but using other diagnostic tools between £150-200 we couldn't force the mondeo to regen. Using this lead and a free 2 month trial of forscan on my windows laptop we got the dpf from 314% full down to 24% then down again to 9% on static regens. I haven't used forscan with a different lead or bluetooth/WiFi connector but I can confirm this works very well. You will have to follow the instructions to install it properly on windows to get it to work its not quite plug and play like some USBs but I found the instructions nice and easy and soon got it working. There was no connection issues and it plugged in tightly to the obd2 port on the car

Simply plug and play with FORScan which is a brilliant bit of software that I’ve only just discovered. I used to work for Ford and am familiar with their proprietary IDS software which this is very similar to if not better! Thank you!

After purchasing I found out that the usb port doesn’t work on some computers with usb 3.0 ports.
