How much melatonin is in Instasleep?

It does say how much, 48. This is actually the only sleeping pill I’ve taken that has worked for me. I have tried everything, the strongest prescription sleeping pills and can still never sleep. For some reason this works for me. I couldn’t believe it.

Does this product have carbs/sugar? if so, how much?

It has a mild nice flavor, but it doesn't seem to have any sugar. I keep it by the bed so I can take one whenever I feel I need it, and that's after I brush my teeth. And I fall asleep soon after.

Not sure but 1 pill helps me sleep for at least 6hrs

Is there any citric acid in the flavoring? That's my kryptonite.
