Brain Booster Supplement - Vegan - Gluten Free

Have been taking these for about 6 weeks now-- as a person who has regular struggles with clarity and memory, I always try a new product that seems legit. Supplements can be hard because you don't know if there is any science behind the claims. Based on the wording in the listing and on packaging, you can tell that the people who make this know what they're talking about.Usually, I have issues with memory and am extremely distractible. I've noticed since using BB that I can remember what task I intended to do, and although I may still abandon it at some point, I make a note and come back to it later. It's been helping me make these little tweaks that produce a huge impact.I will say-- I don't have problems with swallowing pills in general but these are certainly on the smaller side of a lot of supplements. A dose is 2 caps, which makes sense if the alternative is a monster pill.I only gave sleep quality 4 stars because my baseline is 2 at best. I've definitely seen an improvement with BB and keeping bedtime/wakeup regular whenever possible.Overall, great product. I love it, and feel confident recommending personally and professionally.

Got tired of the higher-end brain support supplements, so I gave this a shot. Seemed to help me not have as much "brain fog," and I was able to focus a little better while using it. Worth trying at least once.

I bough the product few weeks ago, because a friend recommended. I was a little skeptical at first, but I am so glad I bough it. Absolutely love it! I have a job that requires full time attention, and this product help me to really focus. About 45 minutes after a took 2 pills, I felt relax, I can't block any noise around me and focus in my job. I highly recommend it!

Honestly, these do not help with my focus at all. If anything, it actually creates a loss of focus. The positive to this is it really helps with the feeling like i'm going to fall asleep after lunch, but it seems to make me lose focus at work. I just feel kind of scatter brained after taking them. I've been taking them for a few weeks and it hasn't gotten any better.

I’m into my third week of taking Brain Effect which I take daily. It gives me a noticeable surge of energy and an overall feeling of physical and mental vitality. I am able to focus more and longer on my work as a writer. This is an excellent product and I’m not a person who usually takes supplements!

I am using this product to treat side effects from Parkinson's disease. I seem to get brain fog and feel like napping. This product has helped a lot, making me alert. But also helps with movements and tremors. I will definitely get another jar.
