Good quality and easy to use

This is a really bad product. The push button does not work properly. And the soap is always leaking.

Had ordered a soap dispenser (white colour) from another seller (listing), who, unfortunately, sent me a black coloured one. So, I ordered another one (white) from an Amazon fulfilled seller who correctly sent me a white one. Though, the two models I have now are unbranded and outwardly quite similar (except for the colour, of course), there is great difference in quality. I found the 1st model (black) to be a lot better in quality than the second (white) one. It had good thicker and firmer plastic (white one was creaky), better design (including bevels for the screw heads), a firmly snapping cap with the lock-unlock symbols and a firm (ball) valve mechanism that held position even when inverted (the white one’s valve wobbled and made noises on inverting/shaking). Images attached for reference. Finally, I decided to keep both – the black one for the quality and the white one for the colour. I didn’t return them as there is no guarantee that you will receive the better-quality model and colour of your choice as replacement. The model I had received wasn’t the exact same as shown in the Amazon product images.
