It works! I was extremely skeptical about this product. I did buy the lightening spray with this as well, so I'm sure the combo of the shampoo, conditioner and lightening spray helped over time.My roots were extremely dark compared to my bleached hair and I really didn't want to bleach my hair again. So I researched and found this product!I will warn you however - do get a good conditioning spray. This can be drying to your hair over time.I got a hair mask to put in my hair once a week as well.Over the course of 10 days - my hair did lighten up quite a bit.

I love this product! It makes my hair feel soft and shinny. It also helps keep my color longer in-between coloring.

My hair is blonde, dirty dishwater blonde, light brown and grey. Just normal hideous. I do get it highlighted occasionally. But have started using this shampoo when it starts growing out. And it helps the look of my hair.

I noticed a difference from the first wash and it got brighter each time. My pictures are from 2nd wash to 6th wash. I used the shampoo and conditioner, leaving each in for 5 minutes before rinsing. After my shower I used the go blonder spray before I dried and straightened my hair. It did make my hair more course so I was sure to use a good moistening shampoo/conditioner and alternate between then with each shower.

I'm 65 and I get a foil hi lighting at 120 bucks. Well, root grow out always looks ok for a little while then, not so much. So I tried this and it started lightening my roots and made the blond really pop to where I haven't been back to salon for 4 months. I'm a brunette so you can see the growth but this shampoo and conditioner made it look ok for way way longer. Dark brunette might've a little tougher. I'm a medium brunette and hate paying the money lol. But the salon people deserve the pay. Not saying they don't. I'm just cheap haha

I’m not sure it went 3 shades lighter, but it did go lighter. It didn’t make our hair as orange as sun-in tends to do. It definitely made our hair brighter. We’re not sure we would keep using it because it feels like it’s damaging our hair. It feels like hay after using it. I wouldn’t recommended using it every day…just a few times and then take a break.
