Quality could be better
The quality of material is not fully cotton to be soft on baby's skin. I wouldn't say it creates rashes buy it doesn't seem a pure cotton product that we usually prefer for babies. I bought it for my baby's monthly birthday photo of IPL theme and I didn't want to use it again at home. If you want to put it for couple of hours, it's good.
