Vater VGTB Grip Tape, White (4-Pack)

For some reason the red grip tape lasts longest.

Love this tape , don't get white , turns black quick ...tape wears out super quick if you play alot ...

This was the first time I've used Vater GRIP Tape but won't be the last. Follow the directions and take your time installing the tape. If you make a mistake just unrap and reinstall. Simple, Really! In action this stuff rocks. It's comfortable and the sticks simply don't slip out of your hands as you lessen your grasp to improve your stick "action" when the dynamics of the music call for a lighter touch, or when playing really hard/loud. I bought several pair of the same lighter weight sticks and used the Vater Percussion Grip tape on a few of the pair. There are some songs I only use the wrapped stick in my right hand as I will use my left in a cross stick action to get the "wood block sound" on my snare and the wrap would interfere with the desired cross stick sound. But the next song may be one requiring better grip with both hands and I just change sticks. Being ReUseable if you break a stick don't throw it away...get more sticks and reuse the wrap again. Good Stuff, AND does not leave your hands sticky! I bought WHITE as it matches my drums, but mainly to be able to better see them in low light conditions in my black bag, or on my black stick holder or layed out on a black table. One could buy different colors for different weights of sticks. Great product!

Comfortable drum wrap with good grip. Lasts me about 3 weeks then the wrap starts to peel off. But I still enjoy using it. Super cheap, easy to replace.

This is the best stick tape on the market. I’ve tried a few others and this one is the softest with a mild tack. No blisters! Great alternative to gloves.

When adding the grip tape, pull on it TIGHTLY!!

After waiting over 2 weeks for my delivery, a roll of wrap came instead of 4 wrap set shown on the picture. It was ok when I wrap the first few pairs and start hitting the set to try them out. When I return to wrap some more I can’t find the end to start wrap again ended up making a cut across to get it going again. It’s a great product but I would not order it again.

My 14 yr old son loves it but said he should've gotten a darker color. I think he just needs owash his hands more and ask others to as well. ;) Oh well. Good product though.

My boyfriend bought some new Vater sticks so purchased the Vater White Grip Tape. The tape itself is high quality but we don't recommend the white as it discolours very quickly and after two uses the tape was turning grey.

Good product. Easy to apply and performs well.
