These have helped my son massively

These are really good, however they’ve changed the flavour and the orange flavour isn’t as nice as the lemon and one of my daughters won’t take them anymore.

My eldest daughter (6) has ASD and really struggles to wind down and go to sleep. We have tried so many things and they all helped a bit, but starting her on this every evening has been game changing!!!! It used to take her over an hour for her to fall asleep (up to 90 min) and now she falls asleep in 20 min MAX. It may still seem like a long time but to us it is freedom! Highly recommend! I have it on repeat order.PS it is chewable but my daughter says it tastes better when you suck on them - she doesn’t like the texture when she chews it. Lovely flavour too.

It's only been 4 nights but so far the results are terrible, sleep is more disturbed than before
