I recently got a cpap machine. It was drying my mouth out to the point that I couldn't swallow when I took the mask off. My dr recommended these discs. I stick one on my tooth every night. They work like magic. No more dry mouth. One doesn't last all night so I have to put in another one. But this is still worth it to me. These are not for any pain relief. So if that's what you're looking for then keep going. Will purchase these again. Will recommend to anyone.

I take meds that leave me with a horrible dry mouth at night, and these really work. I stick one to the roof of my mouth and go to sleep. They last me about 5 hrs. The cinnamon flavor is subtle, not hot. I will be buying more soon.

The underlying product, the Oracoat Xylimelts, are amazing, I use the Slightly Sweet ones every night, as wearing my retainer gives me dry mouth at night. The cinnamon ones however, use real cinnamon, not an extract or something else to flavor them, so they leave little brown gritty speckles on your teeth as they dissolve. Not attractive or great feeling, and they taste very much like you put a pinch of ground cinnamon in your mouth. I much prefer the mint and sweet flavors, and I continue to buy them. The mint ones are lightly mint flavored, not overpowering, and the Slightly sweet ones are my favorite, and are exactly what they sound like, no particular flavoring, just a slight sweetness. My dentist also says my oral health has improved since using these every night, as saliva is very important to your oral health, and the xylitol in these is a proven cavity prevention product.

I have a terrible dry mouth from all the meds I take, I use OraCoat XyliMelts in between my gum and cheek every night and it helps so much. They have different flavors to choose from, I like them all. They slowly melt threw the night giving you moisture in your mouth, they are great. It is so hard to deal with dry mouth, thank goodness someone came up with something that really works

I love XyliMelts, however not the cinnamon flavor. They don't taste at all like cinnamon and it leaves a nasty looking brown coating in your mouth. I wake up is a brown mouth. That being said, I will continue to use XyliMelts, but only the mint flavor.
